We count a referral as active when the person you invited stays past their trial and into their second paid month.

Keep two active referrals on the rolling counter and your membership stays at zero. No cap, no expiry.

- What counts as an active referral?
- Someone you invited who is past their 30-day trial and into their second paid month. We re-check the counter every billing cycle.
- What if one of my referrals cancels?
- Your free month covers the cycle they were active in. The following cycle reverts to your normal tier price unless you bring another active referral in.
- Is there a cap on how many people I can refer?
- No. Two active referrals per month is the threshold to zero your bill, but referring more does not hurt anything and helps cover other members on the Global South tier.
- Does this work for Global South members too?
- Yes. The threshold is the same regardless of which tier you or your referrals are on.
- When does the referral program launch?
- The tracking dashboard is in active development, scheduled for Phase 3 (Q3 2026). You can start sharing the platform now and your referrals will be credited when the dashboard ships.
